At the far end of the beach road, Los Delfines offers the kind of dining experience Puerto Jiménez does well: feet near the sand, a cold drink in hand, and fresh food arriving without urgency. It works equally well for an early breakfast watching the gulf wake up or an evening ceviche as the sun sets over the Golfo Dulce.

The menu is Latin-leaning with a strong seafood focus. Nothing overly complicated — just well-sourced ingredients treated simply.
